HMRC announce Lease Premium settlement initiative

Earlier this week HMRC announced the ‘Lease Premium Initiative’ which is a time-limited opportunity to resolve a long-standing dispute over a planning arrangement HMRC say was designed to reduce Income Tax and National Insurance liabilities on employer provided accommodation.
